This homeroom will explore visual storytelling, ranging from cultural fixtures like Batman to memoirists like Art Spiegelman to journalists like Sarah Gliddon to experimentalists like Eleanor Davis or Chris Ware. So, this is less a place to argue about whether the Hulk could take Green Lantern in a fair fight (in part because the answer is so obvious) than a place to talk about the varieties, techniques, and culture of visual storytelling.
